Baroness Declassified

The Baroness is part of the terrorist organization known as COBRA, and is part of the inner circle serving under the group’s leader, Cobra Commander. She first appeared in the Marvel comic book G.I. Joe #1. The Baroness is intelligent, cunning, and an impressive tactician. She is an excellent espionage agent and her true loyalties are always known only to her.

The Baroness has also been known to be romantically involved with another member of the COBRA inner circle — the evil Destro. Together, the Baroness and Destro have worked toward their own interests, even when those goals are at odds with Cobra Commander. However, the Baroness has always remained true to the cause of COBRA, that of world domination.

She is always a threat to those who face her, and most of her opponents are woefully outmatched. The Baroness also has many technical skills that aid her in her conquests, such a piloting aircraft or next-generation land artillery. She is also extremely effective with hand-held weapons.

About the G.I. Joe Baroness Bishoujo Statue

The Baroness bishoujo statue is a very sleek design. She seems to be playing coy with her audience, feigning a bit of innocence while always ready to strike. She brushes her hair away from her face while on the other hand holds a machine gun ready for battle. Her legs are spread in a stance of relaxation and readiness at the same time.

The long black hair of the Baroness curls around an expression that gives a subtle smile. She peers forth from behind large frame eyeglasses, her signature accessory.

Her uniform is completely black, save for some red Cobra insignias. She wears a full skintight jumpsuit but also wears a chestplate armor to protect her from gunfire. It’s at the center of this chest plate the red Cobra symbol is emblazoned.

She also wears armored wrist cuffs which also sport the Cobra symbol. In her right hand, she holds the detailed machine gun close to her side.

Her jumpsuit is very detailed also, showing seams and alluding to different textures that make up the dark uniform. There is a silver buckle at the center of her belt. She also wears stylized high heel boots. The Baroness stands upon a pedestal that is simulating a brown, dirt terrain that has a tire track through it.

The G.I. Joe Baroness bishoujo statue stands just over 9 inches tall. The statue is designed by Shunya Yamashita, and it is sculpted by Takaboku Busujima (Bushjimax).
