Zatanna Bishoujo Statue
The next DC Comics Bishoujo styled superheroine is here — Zatanna, the beautiful sorceress of the Justice League! Zatanna, daughter of the great hero and magician Zatara, first appeared in Hawkman #4 (1964) (Hawkman Archives) and has been one of DC’s most important magical characters ever since. Now, this dynamic Zatanna bishoujo statue is part of the DC bishoujo collection.
This energetic representation of the heroine is highly detailed. In bounding action, Zatanna holds her signature top hat, ready to release the magics from within. Her famous costume is colorfully recreated — her black tuxedo top’s long tails flap behind her form, with a bright red, rose pinned on the front. A vibrant yellow vest wraps her waist, and her famous fishnets accentuate her legs with amazing craftsmanship. Zatanna’s long legs are covered by skin-tight boots that lead to the sharp high heels she’s landing on. Over her head, she holds a wand just above the cute bishoujo-style expressive smile that brings her face aglow.
Designed by Shunya Yamashita and masterfully sculpted by Takaboku Busujima (Busujimax), the Zatanna bishoujo statue stands just under 10 inches tall (1/7 scale) on her uniquely designed display base.
